JW Green is super underrated. I'd stock up on some as I've heard it may be discontinued. The JW gold's reduced price is an accurate reflection of it's worth
Up to about 4 years ago, the batches of the Gold were pretty good as an 18 year old. The new Gold has no age assigned and combined with the price plummet is a sure sign the quality has gone. As Ralfy.com states, it's impossible for JW to keep consistency of quality with the massive volumes of whisky they blend.
Had a JW Blue last week in the UK after a meal, it wreaks of sublimeness and even tastes good, but all it is a mere glimpse of greatness. It lingers not and dissapates into nothing as quickly as you swallow. Still, if you someone gives you a bottle, you know they think quite highly of you, even if they don't know jack shit about whisky.
Yesterday - Flowerpot ales brewed at The Flowerpot Inn Cheriton, Hampshire and served from the cask. Very tasty and only £2.50 or £2.70 a pint.

Also pints of Alton triplefff at other alehouses.
Part of the Alton Running Day where a group of coach enthusiasts run Bristol RE coaches to various pubs in the vicinity of Alton. Excellent day.

A large plate of broccoli sprouts with a big tray of pea shoot greens in the background. All ready for juicing. Made 400 ml of highly potent green juice.
That metal bowl is actually bigger than it looks in the pic, it is HUGE.
One of the phytonutrients in broccoli sprouts was found by Johns Hopkins University to be the most anti cancer agent ever discovered by mankind so far. lt is 50 times more present in broccoli sprouts over conventional broccoli.
Some of the pea shoots in all their glory (can't fit anymore in the pic):

I've read up on the pros and cons sure i'm sure you're aware of most, i'm sticking to a couple of trays worth a week and avoiding alfalfa because of its estrogen mimicking compounds, i just get mixed sprouts and radish sprouts.

Good work mate!
l am really starting to gain attention in the raw food world and a bunch of people have asked me to make a DVD and write some books on the subject, so l am very very busy right now. l am doing some trial filming later in the week and am starting by writing a simple sprouting book. After the first book l will throw myself in the deep end and present the science of vegan foods and focus in on the science of sprouts and the studies, but l will need to spend countless hours in libraries at night looking up all the science and medical journals to fully back up my writing. lf there is one gift l want to leave mankind, it is a really good book that will really make people think how awesome the raw vegan diet is when done really well. l want to change my career and just spend all my time lecturing and writing books. There is so much l want to research and write about...people need to start waking up.
This will blow everyone away about how Dentists are killing us with the fillings they use in our teeth:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvzDHGLE … ture=mv_sr
22:51 - 29:30 = mercury fillings in teeth and how poisoness vapour is given off them (a 50 year old tooth is still giving off poisoness vapour).
29:30 - = the dangers of root canals, amalgam fillings and fluoride = Dr Hal Huggins.
See, the public have been conned by so many things. Most people in the modern world are poisoned with mercury...no wonder there is so much dementia and cancer now. Another thing l would like to investigate is how companies have been dumping untreated industrial waste in our water supplies in Oz and U.K from chimney stacks of fertilizer plants, so our water contains mercury, lead and other nasties. l believe it is to kill the population off, but l want to find some more proof. l have already collected government documents that prove the government is aware of the danger of the water supply. l also want to investigate about vaccines...acording to famous Nuerosurgeon Dr Blaylock the vaccines are developed to dumb the population down (see my sig), and l believe it is actually to kill off the population, that's why Bill Gates is in favour of funding vaccines...because he also believes in population reduction.
So much shit is going on, and the public don't have any idea because they are too busy watching the telly and too dosed out on chemicals like what Dr Russell Blaylock says.
Gotta be careful l don't get myself killed by the drug/chemical company hitmen, so l will have to tread carefully and not try to be a hero.

I'm not sure this is all conspiracy as much as its just the side effects of an industrialised population, and poor understanding of the long term effects of things. Sure there are actual example of where governments have conspired, but i wouldn't look to draw everything in to one mass conspiracy, more the fact we should look to be educated in how to be healthier if we wish to.
My main aim is to get people out of the supermarkets and send big food businesses broke. People are like lambs to the slaughter. l dislike the supermarkets and large business intensely.

Or you could end up with sycosis, like some of the denizens.

It was a double (or triple) entendre. Sorry for being too subtle. You need a bigger dictionary.

But not argot.
Wheybolic Banana Cream protein, almond milk, granola, a banana and ice blended together for a smoothie. Low carbs, high protein, low calorie to follow my jiu jitsu training tonight.
Viking blood mead. Yes really.
Too much. I should give it a rest for a while.
I got some of those broccoli sprouts shoo they're not too bad, i did weights yesterday and would usually feel quite tired the next day but had a small tub of those this morning and fell tip top, so good i'm off out on the lash tonight! Must maintain the balance!
Totus Tuus Brut Cava
Campo Viejo rose cava.
Stella Artois .
I know; but it is very hot and it was 2 66cl bottles for £3.50 in Sainsbury. British brew - so only 4.8%
Schin sparkling mineral water and chewing some ginger sweets (it's a hot winter's day today). The chemist is the only place for decent sweets over here but we have a relief party from Blighty arriving on Saturday with all sorts of: sweets and Floris colognes (89 and limes) and lime bath oil; Ye Olde Engllish teas, and Fribourg & Treyer snuffs (including Macouba, Bureau and Old Paris) PLUS some Cuban cigars. I can hardly wait.

I have Floris 89 but I am not sure I would miss it that much.
Tea is a different story, but a good strong red label would be what I would seek. Liptons seem to corner the market in a lot of countries overseas.

We get Lipton's tea from a Brazilian American, who goes to and fro' but the consignment from Blighty this weekend will be Twining's or Jackson's. Twining's is often the stuff they serve in the good Rio hotels.
Sprouted fenugreek on soil - first experiment growing them on soil

Also had sprouted pea shoots on soil
500 ml of heavy strength green juice.
Gonna follow with sea weeds, grasses and algaes .
Just picked up 100 kg of peas for sprouting.
At an Indian reataurant-
India Pale Ale whose name I do not recall, but got the history on the development of India Pale ales (yes, had to do with transport of beer to India by Brit colonials) from my brother who brews for a hobby. To make a long story short, it goes well with spicy curry.
After dinner, Amrut Fusion (Indian whisky made with peated malt and matured in sherry butts). Wrong season, but I'm weak willed when talking whisky.
The meal was out in the open garden room with our backs to a gothic revival style building, facing the back of a large gray stone neoclassical temple with the sounds of an unseen fountain nearby. The garden was very fragrant.
Needless to say I want to drink India Pale Ale again, and soon.
