Not sure of the exact date N.V. Very early September I'd estimate.

Are you a Mormon or a Muslim?
I might as well stand up and be counted whilst I'm here - as an inveterate book lover I am looking forward to this immensely, if I could make it to the capital in the next few weeks I would certainly be picking up a copy, as it is I'm awaiting Amazon's delivery.

I love G.G.
I am hoping that some images from the book appear somewhere in advance - have been looking forward to this for a long time..........
north american release is may 2011
i can't wait that long
jimbo - you are going to have to send me a copy, do you have paypal?
I expect someone on here will get you a copy off Amazon and send it over, Big T. Just PM the details.
Can you give a date for the date it'll be released in shops? Hope to f*ck it's not before I leave the city!
Marshy's denim book is a great read if you squares can dig it...
Marshy's denim book has already been given an honorary mention. I can see why it would appeal to you, Paul, with its many images of saddle-tramps, drifters, loners, bums, gay cowboys, loafers, lunatics (Pollock) and layabouts. Not a graphic artist in sight. Meanwhile, I'm discovering that pop artists are well ahead of me in the low culture caff-dreck collecting game - though I have scored a couple of items from hi-jacking my wife's Ebay account.
The Ivy Book, incidentally, is expected to be excellent.
'Saddle-tramps and drifters, loners, gay cowboys, loafers and lunatics, layabouts and bums... These are a few of my favourite things...' As Julie Andrews once sang...
Not sure if this has been mentioned (can't be bothered to trawl through the ENTIRE 4 pages!
)
But The Ivy Look now benefits from the 'Look Inside' feature on Amazon.co.uk
Just to wet ones appetite.
September 16th they're currently quoting as a release date.

And damn good it's looking too, thanks for that.
Thanks for the update on that. I hope everyone will at least have it on their Christmas list.
Jesmond, you're a cynical so-and-so.
That's great, I can see myself re reading those essays, over and over.

Isn't it just.
Looking forward to it even more now I've taken a little peak.

Can't wait for Christmas Andy ![]()
The book looks fantastic. Is it me or where there more pages to look at in advance yesterday?
I think you can see even more if you search for specific terms...might be wrong tho.
