Ever just buy something on the spur of the moment, knowing you're never going to wear it yourself? 

I picked up a russet-coloured 60s nylon roll-neck sweater a couple of years ago.  Sold it without any difficulty on Ebay.

Ever have trouble pinning stuff down?  The local Oxfam shop are asking £20 for some kind of XXL military outerwear: extreme cold weather stuff: but black, with big pockets.  Can't see where it was made, can't think for the life of me what it is.

Two years ago the local Red Cross shop had a complete American postie's uniform!!
