Cool: The Isley Brothers

Top!  They sound poppy but I've just loved them and loved them over the years for no apparent reason 'cept they're uplifting.  A good enough reason to be sure.

Another parallel is that both Bird and Hendrix were copied by millions of other musicians...

I was in a shop with my wife the other week, looking for a suite.  Not a favourite occupation of mine, that kind of shopping.  'Summer Breeze' came on the radio and everything seemed a whole lot better.
