Good. It's probably not going to hurt the overall sales of this first printing, is it?
In my bookshop they told me it's not published yet! Damn...
Ring up Foyles on Charing Cross Rd : 00 44 207 440 3245. They had 2 left this morning. Postage can't be much as it's only a wee thing.

I may think about investing in a couple more. For the sluggards. Black market prices, of course.
thanks!
but I didn't just order one... and I already paid a bit in advance!
John Rushton on Wigmore Street's got a little pile.

Best not to upset those that call themselves 'trad'. It is good for business.
No fluoride in England? Cheeky sod! Same with the inclusive quip.
He is correct about Lambretta; but the right answer for pea or duffle is neither.
Oh come on that's a cracking couple of articles he's written there. The boy can't half write. Wit, control, pace, I admire it hugely. It entertains. The Trad is brainy!

I wanna say it now - I LOVE AMERICA! Let's call an end of these internecine wars while Russell's out the room.

Hmmm, what about Chenners, no review yet there, wot? I wonder why....
First reviews are now coming in on Amazon. Positive. Looks like the first batch will sell out quickly.
Amusing to see that used copies are being hawked on Amazon for over a tenner now. A burgeoning black market scene emerging already!
You're kidding! That seems wrong somehow. The authors should be allowed to dip their beaks before that happens. I was chuffed to bollocks to be sent a review copy, but still got my order from Amazon. I'd have bought it from Waterstones' or wherever otherwise. I won't even loan out my second copy. It's on my bedside table, together with Robert Frost's poems and that's where it's staying.
