The Lighter Side Of Ivy Part One: A Shaggy Dog

I always fancied one and then eris decided to part with his.  The label amuses me.  Nothing wrong with that.  I love labels.  Shetland purists might peer down their noses, but it feels comfier on than the beautiful hand-framed example I own, at least as comfy as my Paul Stuart.  My feeling is that Uncle Russ might feel the same way:  Ivy should have its lighter moments.

I wore it out today.

Needed to buy some Giant vibrator roll.  Exciting stuff.  Also picked up Andy Warhol's Diaries from the Red Cross Shop and a copy of 'Outland', which I haven't seen since 1982.  It was on a double-bill with something at that flea-pit cinema in Manchester's Deansgate.  I can't stand Sean Connery but I love Peter Boyle.

Wore it with a Makers u.s., Bill's wide wale in the darkest chocolate brown and the Jarman shitkickers.  Very comfortable, very warm.

Glade you like it mate, glad you like it. Will get back to you once I'm done with this annoying thing they call moving.

Quite taken by the notion Cheever might have worn one.

They don't fit me — large is too large and medium too small. Therefore I hate them.

Otter : Take it easy, I'm pre-law.
Boon : I thought you were pre-med.
Otter : What's the difference?

Never known Patrick like this.  Usually such a charming fellow, with a sunny disposition.

Except when I mentioned 'cheese cloth'.
