Re: Napoli Tailoring

Alas Mr. Grayson it was caring for my parents or buying the suit. The suit (somewhat selfishly I'll admit) won the day, though if my father wasn't still in full time employment selling boxes of matches then of course making sure there was bread and lard on the table would have to have been my goal. My brothers who still live at "home" also give to the family coffers from there wages as chimney sweepers, so you'll be glad to hear they haven't joined my sister in the poor house. Infact they've just took charge of a new bath, made of copper no less Mr. Grayson. Looks grand it does sir infront of the open fire. They might not have fancy taps and running water like you 'ave in the west wing sir or even an indoor loo but they have got Russell Plaid toilet paper.

Re: Napoli Tailoring

All I'm saying (and I admit I know nothing) is that the jacket on the Logsdail site has the pattern better placed (to my eyes). The larger pattern runs along the edge of the lapel and doesn't meet at the gorge. The larger check on the collar is infact away the one on the lapel. Mr. Graysons is slap bang in the middle of the lapel and then looks to me like it clashes on the collar. Its either got to match or (as Logsdail have done) be kept away from each other. When you look at the two jackets next to each other IMVHO the Logsdail looks better, less busy. Its all just opinions of course, there is no right or wrong. Just preference.
