Mr. K. has personally sat on all these fabrics himself with his perfectly pattern-matched butt-cheeks. How dare you question da Kabazzzzz !
He will also ban critics. But I don't think we need criticise since as Shooey has implied the shirt damns itself: the octagonal bottom to the shirt pocket is completely wrong for the collar, collar buttons, cuffs, and side yoke detailing.

It's probably me... I really enjoyed your books by the way, have just read your first two 'History of...'.
Which goes to show something, no doubt!

Yes. lt's a common thing with lowly evolved men on the forums. The bigger the ego one has, the less the wisdom they have because the lower the % of the brain they use. lt's a common problem that has plagued mankind since the beginning of human life on Earth.
I just chalk it up to poor English language skills and a desire to channel his passion for clothing. Unfortunately the combination is a bit like relieving oneself before making sure your trousers are out of harms way.

From ebay! akrishner says what we're all thinking: "It is possible if you think of yourself not as the owner of a disposable product but as a curator with the responsibility of caring for an object of decorative art."
Once the formula is set, it's not that difficult to make a shirt.

- Improved my diet & am feeling the benefits, Mate. My stomach is still pretty crock, but keeping things raw and/or simple DOES help. Anything too processed is poison to me now and obviously always was.
Hip Hip Shooray to you, Mate. Have a good day.

Reminds me of the film 'Arthur' when the butler, played by John Geilgud, says to Liza Minelli 'usually one must go to a bowling alley to meet a woman of your stature.'

Is it? He's getting them used to tailored clothing early. Those two little boys look very proper in their clothing. I am getting a similar windowpane tweed suit done up; I'll probably get less wear out of it than they will.

I agree.
They look very smart. Start 'em young I say.
Blue cord jacket has arrived. Looks good.
Got the Mersolair book too, having a little look through.

Somehow he looks less horrible than the Loungers usually do, maybe because he's actually middle aged and that look looks better on older men. I think he should get a shovel and clean the snow off his deck and not trod around in it wearing nice shoos.

American Dad is kind of an instructive example in getting what you pay for with bespoke (or, I suspect, "bespoke"). Everything looks pretty awful in Fridge's outfit, and it also looks cheap and thin. If you compare him with Cromps, who also looks lumpy and uncomfortable, you can still tell that Cromp's poorly cut garbage is made from nice materials and with some degree of skill, whereas Fridge's clothing looks like it was made by space aliens for a regional production of The Importance of Being Earnest.
So I guess the lesson is, ultra-expensive Savile Row bespoke looks better than bad Korean bespoke, even if the Savile Row bespoke isn't that good. With insights like this I suppose I could write an award-winning style blog of some kind of horrible vanity book!

He is certainly not the classic 'Steve Buscemi-type' that somebody on here attributed to the typical Fed Lounge poster. Just a regular citizen who possibly gets a bit bored in Alaska.

I think American Dad is not as weedy as Cromps and that helps offset the clothes. Sure he could lose some weight, but the stuff fits him OK though I am no fan of belted backs on jackets. It is more dress up than Cromps, but that is his thing, as with the zoot suits in the past. Cromps could 'rock' the Steve Buscemi thing if he really wanted to.

The kids are going to be in heaven in a few years when they discover all the jeans and Ed Hardy shirts Dad was wearing a few months ago before being struck by iGentism sand "stepping up" his wardrobe.
