is this gonna be up for sale Zach, and if so, what's the size?

Probably not. It's my size, 16-16.5, and I did a repair on some collar fraying. I may even invest in having the collar turned to prolong the life.
I also found a half dozen bleeding madras untipped ties when I found the Rube Polo. Rube Madras? Maybe, who knows?

You've done very well mate

And as you can see, probably a bit short...
NB, apologies to those easily offended by the jean-style cuffed chinos - haven't shortened them yet.

Length looks okay - hard to tell but looks like the button stance is a little high on you.
The length looks perfect to me. I think you'd kick yourself if you sold that on.

The fit looks absolutely fine Colin. It's a cracker.

Looks great, I'd get thye sleeves taken up rather than wearing them rolled in on themselves though. I just got the exact same jacket on ebay but the guy who sold it to me was a tad generous with his measurements so it's up for sale if anyones interested.
FANTASTIC!
Goes without saying that the sleeves need taken up, I suppose. I hope Adam wouldn't wear them like that.
Just my opinion, I wouldn't get the cuffs taken up as a high as shown in the pic. Only because I would wear that jacket all the time and not just with a shirt either. I'd leave them an inch or so longer just so you don't need to rely on a shirt to cancel out the Gibbon effect that can occur when sleeves are too short. A short arm can be limiting for such a versatile jacket.
You don't have much luck with your measurements H. You must be gutted you've missed out on that lovely cord and now on a brown herringbone BB makers. Here's hoping you're luck changes.
Thanks chaps. The rolled in sleeves are for presentational purposes only. It wouldn't have done to show it as they were(I'm part t-Rex so sleeves always cover my hands!).
Could not be happier with it!

It's getting to be beyond a joke Liam. I know the exact measurements that will fit me but the cord jacket was about an inch smaller pit to pit than listed and was just fractionaly too tight and the BB jacket was and inch and a half smaller which is just ridiculous. God knows how people are measuring stuff, maybe they just drop the tape measure on the jacket and wherever it lands shall be what's listed?

Not having ever met you I can't comment on what you're like in person, but you come across as a bit camp on the interweb.

I was feeling very self conscious around you that day, what with not being a homosexual jew...

HA! There's no coming back from that. You're some lad Adam.
H- I reckon they do just lay the tape down and hope it's right. Most big ebay sellers seem to think they know what they are talking about when it comes to clothes but few actually convince me they do. Look out for sellers who refer to vents as 'back slits', lapels as 'collars' and when madras is referred to as 'funky tartan' AVOID!
You have to take a punt on these things though, right? I mean, if that cord jacket had worked for you then it would be a grail item crossed off the list.

I thought you were great.
Is it Homosexual Jew or Jewish Homosexual ?
I'm still only a Shabbos Goy in both camps to be honest.... A bit more work required.
Thank you. I thought the same about you!
I guess it depends on which you place more importance on, judaism or homosexuality. I suppose Poofy Yid is out of the question?
There are some public lavatories in Golders Green that might help you kill two birds with one stone..?

It most certainly would have been. It's always worth taking a punt if the item looks good and is described as being in perfect condition as if it's too small then it's easily sold on and if it's not in the condition described paypal will always side with the buyer and you should get all your costs back.

A few buys from recent weeks:
A shetland wool cardie, possibly deadstock. 60's style, 80's vintage.
NOS Casual Sportswear walking shorts. "Relax in Casual slacks!"
And the half-sleeve V-Taper madras from new forum member dreadfulcows. I love it man, thanks!
I intend to wear both this summer - in public too!
Lovely stuff, colours on the cardi and shorts are great.
