Vaclav, get some Oxy wash powder.  Make a paste using some oxy powder and water and rub it into the stain.  Leave it there for a couple hours.  Get a pail, add washing detergent and oxy powder and water and soak the shirt for a couple more hours, towards the end of the time rub the stained part together to agitate it.  If that doesn't take it out then turn it into a short sleeve.  Or better yet, a sleeveless shirt.

What shirtmaker put red piping on the sleeve packet.

Red bleeds worse then any other color.

No the dyes is not natural. That would be stupid.
Red can bleed if washed in hot water. I never use Red for monograms for that reason.
marroon does not bleed.

Blues can bleed, but not as often.
