Re: Sole Brothers

don't give up, I'll jump into this thread soon, you knew that I would

I hunt for sneakers every day

I can't call them "trainers," though, you understand.

One of my dumbest friends thinks he's got exclusive rights in the county to wear Onitsuka Tiger Mexico '66

I may have to shatter that illusion ....

Re: Sole Brothers

The huarache didnt look too great in the flesh i had ummed and ahhed but left it after the intial excitement at seeing them on line...after popping to ni k e town the other day i have to say ithink my current fav is the internationalist in blue silver and wolf grey..a shoe that looks very good in the flesh and didnt look as tacky as some of their current offerings

Re: Sole Brothers

The problem with the day breaks which I also think is a better looking shoe is the stupid bit of text at the back which is the patent code for the sole or something? Cant remember excatly what.

And in my mind there is something quite exciting about mixing the modern revised style trainers with elements of late 70s/80s prep and the new york bboy look, I think that's where I getting lead with the style..I feel reassured someone with your taste is too Ox.

Re: Sole Brothers

I think the only pair of N.ike trainers I've ever had was a pair of N.ike Legend back in the 80s...

...never been a fan...even though Jonny McEnroe wore a pair.

Re: Sole Brothers

Hi chaps...

Ive started a forum for this thread..I cant really ask the mods to remove the spam words because it might attract a load of spambots etc..and this forum might not be the best place for trainers even though its the people on here i like to talk about clothes with..

Please follow the link to a thread on the forum...

As you can see its early days..
