No it's half-lined in plain grey nylon, I think. It was made by Curlee Clothes for Chandler's in Maine.
The one that I purchased is ideal for San Francisco winters but definitely not substantial enough for the East Coast beyond late fall/early spring.

I just hand mine to my valet. But then even he has to do something with it when it's time for him to wipe my ass with a warm, moist, cashmere towelette.

Spotted an excellent condition grey herringbone tweed Rogers Peet 'Scotch Mist' overcoat in John Simons yesterday. Unfortunately a 40L so no good for me.
