Re: Is this forum dead

We have longed past peak sartorial forum participation. Everyone is frightened of getting pulled and fined for a possible future sartorial hate crime.

What is left, is this happy band of very few. Actually, we just need to wait it out.

Primark is not the future, or is it?!

I should have qualified the above, I wasn't referring to this forum, or any other sartorial forum. I meant in general, the policing of the internet and that everyone is now aware that the internet is being monitored and stored by secret services, etc.

Re: Is this forum dead

I open this forum most days, but l only try to post when l feel something is needed to be said.

As for what computers are really doing to mankind and the true agenda, l wouldn't dare tell. The true agenda behind computers and the internet and gaming is not even mentioned online, and the truth behind these things is far far farrrr more disturbing than anyone could ever dream.  If l told you all what you have become you would never want to believe it.

It was concluded about 6 months ago that it probably is not the case. Remember the rabbit ear conversation we had where we brought and questioned if FNB was working for the illuminati as a monach controller? I concluded that his use of rabbit ears was just a co-incidence in this case haha. The thing say about FNB is that he may have a lot of virtue that he has carried over with him from a previous life...his ear lobes are big and he seems to have reward flow smoothly. If this is true, he could have even been a monk in a previous life, or maybe accumulated ancestor virtue has been passed onto him etc.  This type of virtue is becoming much more rare these days.

These days most fight hard for reward, but for the minority it flows forth with ease. There is good reason for this.

Re: Is this forum dead

1) I still read every post
2) Can't find any other forum with the combination of personality traits I find here.
3) As in my own personal life, never put much weight on the number of friends or volume of verbiage.

And now that I'm thinking about it, where's Doghouse?

I want the forum to remain robust. However, there is something to less participation. Consider this: http://www.npr.org/sections/health-shot … may-be-why

Busy with life at the moment, business, just etc...  Barely able to keep up with one forum at the moment. You should pop over to Dressed Well sometimes, good bit of the gang there now.

Missed you fellas though. This forum is it's own animal!

People I enjoy. It's difficult to write about clothing and style. What do most people write about?

1. Look what I bought
2. Look at what I want
3. How bad is this item or look?
4. Let me relay what an expert first related to me at their shop
5. What do I wear for work/wedding/social
6. How to look like you have class while pretending that class and clothing are divorced
7. Lets look at old photos of people and their clothes without understanding how things change
8. Here's a review of my purchase even though I haven't a clue what Im talking about

Very few people look past the surface of style to really master its language and harness its power. But, that's what a lot of people worship; preparation makes you a sucker, faking it for the win!
