Re: Time for a Change of Moderators? (V2.0)

Moderating is usually very easygoing and can be rewarding.  Like anything, there are times where it's a pain.  But with a good team in place each individual moderator doesn't need to bear the brunt of the responsibility and makes it that much easier.  I've moderated for 3 years now, and I must say it's been an interesting tenure.  Plus being able to read all member PMs is really enlightening.

Just kidding, we can't do that.  But you are sometimes privy to behind-the-scenes drama which can be somewhat entertaining.

Public Service Announcement ....

A change of moderators has been enacted, Armchaired and Worried Man have elected to stand down.

FNB has drawn his virtual sword and has dubbed Berkeley Breathes as a new moderator.

Thanks to AC and WM for their loyal service and welcome to BB ...... thanks for coming forward mate!

I will still be around sweeping up spam etc but Berkeley will be your lead man, he has some good ideas for the forum and will bring a Breathes of fresh air ... arf arf.

Thanks for your support gents.

Re: Time for a Change of Moderators? (V2.0)

Thanks again Woof, WM, AC, and FNB for doing me the honor. I'm really happy to have this opportunity to strengthen the community here at TI and will use my powers for good, not evil! wink

Thanks for the kind words Woof and AC... And indeed I'm following in great footsteps...

HAHA.  Thanks for accepting the role, Berkeley.  I'll be around as a regular old forum member once again, but feel free to ask me if you need any assistance with the backstage mechanisms.

It was a fun tenure as moderator and I'm still honored that I was asked.

One drawback of no longer moderating is not being able to delete what you just posted.  Anyway... what time will you be home tonight?
