Is it the first episode where Jerry lectures George about the importance of button placement in selecting the best button-down?

I read somewhere that Jason Alexander's pants were deliberately a little small so he'd bulge out of them, to emphasize his George-ness.

He does have a pretty classic look.

Great thread Sidewinder. I always checked out what George was wearing in the 90's. Not exactly a role model or an influence on me, but a reassuring presence on the screen, clothes wise.
