Aka Nick Bronson knitted ties

Hi,

In recent years I cleared out all my silk ties and doubled down to wear knitted ties exclusively.

Following earlier guidance here I aim to wear Nick Bronson ones who have the perfect balance of quality, colour range and price.

As part of this,  I am now fairly convinced that the Itaian made, K J Beckett own ties are Nick Bronson without the label.

I have a few and they are dead ringers but generally £10 cheaper than NB ones.

I recently picked up the Olive NB tie for summer which is perfect.  It seems to only be available at Liberty along with the camel/tobacco one that was my go to tie of choice this winter.

Two links there:

Thread in Brighton/online seem to be doing the latest full range apart from those only at Liberty:

The other main stockist selectively is men's gift and accessory site Henry Tibbs:

Thanks.

They look nice, very classic patterns. I love a good knit tie.

Re: Aka Nick Bronson knitted ties

I'm looking for some 'bar stripe' (thin, rather than block bars) knit ties, in Wool. I have a few plain ones from Nick Bronson in Silk which are nice.

I have found 40colori do some nice ones, anywhere else to check out? I'm not keen on Made in China or Polyester.

This kind of thing but wool really:

This eBay store has some good knit ties, some might fit your criteria...

In addition to all those mentioned in the thread so far:
https://www.pellicanomenswear.com/product-category/ties/

But those are silk rather than wool.  The same ties in wool are sold by a wide range of companies including thin stripe ones - Tie Doctor, ebay etc.

Re: Aka Nick Bronson knitted ties

Thanks chaps.

Will do some eBay trawling on that seller.

Tie Doctor has a good selection but the country of manufacture isn't clear, I would expect it's far east given the low prices.

Hoping I can avoid the £40 on 40colori (sale) or Ralph Lauren eBay

If you want to ensure country of manufacture and a cheap price, I suggest using ETSY.
It's going to be difficult otherwise unless you go vintage.
