A New Puritanism

I wondered what people thought to this article? Are these woman brainwashed by an out of date male chauvanist world view? Or are they just showing a more mediated approach to human interaction?

You can play a shoestring if you're sincere.

Re: A New Puritanism

A clumsy pass is not a crime worthy of ostracism.

I am suspicious of this recent spate of sentence-without-trial for those accused of offences which were socially acceptable (or at least not prohibited) at the time of the alleged act.

Metropolitan police commissioner, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe has recently suggested that malicious false claims of rape are now so prevalent that the practice of automatically believing the victim (oops! 'complainant') should be reconsidered. A retrograde step for Women's rights but one which the Patriarchy can hardly be blamed for.
