Nice.  That blue flannel suit sounds grand.  If it were in serge, it'd be prep school headmaster c. 1952.

The mark of the man is that when I told him I was Russell Street he was as generous with his time and as indulgent of me as if I was somebody normal. I like him!

Make sure to check out the rolodex he keeps in a drawer under the club ties.  An A to Z of NYC restauarants, cobblers, tailors, book sellers, etc, etc. An amazing guy but I taught him how to put out a cigar.
