I know Scheer. Maftei worked for a time at him and now he have his own brand. i've discovered Maftei shoes in Bucharest. And I was amazed to find in Bucharest bespoke shoes like Maftei. We have different brands here (local) but not even close to Maftei.

The tassels on the bottom look nice--but I have found they are all about the fit and the best looking ones may not work for you.
