Anyone know where I can get a shoe tree for a 5.5B/D shoe?  Got a pair of Alden cordos for a family member for a gift, but neither Rochester nor Woodlore appear to make them that small.  (That is, they both have a shoe tree for a 5.5EEE or something like that -- the "S" from Woodlore, for instance), but I don't know if they'd work with a D width, or would they?
