I think we will see in the next week how this is going to be played out in the long run. We knew about Glitter and Starr before they were arrested so it is no surprise they have been arrested. I imagine others on the list will have been contacted about being named in the investigation by the police already. Maybe a few will choose to go in and talk to the coppers volunatrilly once Starr's been through the mill. The coppers have had their show, made a couple of 'Arrests', I doubt any doors will be getting kicked in and any dodgy stuff on celeb hard drives will be gone by now if they have any brains. If anyone will be thrown to the wolves it's naturally going to be Glitter and if Starr rolls over he will get it too.

It's very contrived. I'd be surprised now if anyone else was 'arrested' under the banner of the Yewtree investigation but it would be good to see some real scumbags outed as such.

What's the chances of the police really turning over the stone and seeing who has been lurking under there?

I did see the youtube clip of him handing it over. I think the media are claiming it was at least partially legible when he handed it over but I can't see anyway that that would be possible from the clip. What do you think?

Any chance the whole 'and everyone could see it' is a smoke screen to divert attention from the real story?

And if DC has any brains (I'm sure his advisers will sorted it for him actually) he put the card face down and ignored then left it there when he left. That way down the line he still has his plea of ignorance.

I recall listening to DLT's' "darts on the radio" quiz. On one occasion, a lady contestant when asked a question to which the answer was Murray Walker (sports commentator) could not answer. So DLT gave her a clue 'it's a sports commentator and also something you suck' he said, referring to the Murray mint. She responded 'errr... is it Dickie Davies?'
