double belted trousers

I saw these in the new issue of Men's Vogue, and I really like the look of them. Thoughts on this style?
The article says they are available at Bergdorf's, but I could not find them online.

We've heard that a million monkeys at a million keyboards could produce the complete works of Shakespeare; now, thanks to the Internet, we know that is not true.

Re: double belted trousers

New to me.
I wonder where that look comes from too.

Re: double belted trousers

My father had a pair of university issued gym shorts from the c.1955 that had the same self belting as the trousers shown in Men's Vogue--I wonder when elastic waisted gym shorts came into popular use?  IIRC, the shorts also had a button-fly.
