Bop, your avator always reminds me of our former P.M Bob Hawke:

Bob the first of the real aussie traitors with no Royal Assent behind his office, and yes, he was one of those secret society Roades Scholars too.
There is an overspill.. it's all Arab and Russian now.. like I said you'll still see the old school and the new old school...Id say the exit of Burlingtom Arcade is the front line.
There is a crescent that forms from Paddington, through Hyde Park, down Knightsbridge and on to Mayfair..
Or it could be a sickle
Yeah Piccadilly side
I'll be there in a few weeks. Maybe I'll take a day to record everyone walking by from a bench. We can compare notes afterward. The most definitive aesthetic survey of London's West End ever.
My secretary is off this week..
I don't know if it was discussed (a cursory search revealed nothing) but somebody posted a photo of a woman in a spangly gown thing from a Chinese website, called herself Esther, and got the guys all hot and bothered on the Ask Andy main forum.
Alas, some spoilsport hipped them to it and the thread disappeared. I was waiting for proposals and challenges to duels.
Here is "Esther": http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Sparkly-Glitter-Prom-Dresses-Long-2014-Sexy-One-Shoulder-Crystal-Sequin-Backless-Front-Slit-Evening-Dresses/32268903079.html
The name Esther makes me think of Fred Sanford.

Btw the way Im not saying I am either...but London particularly is having the good taste and style drained out of it.
I feel sorry for the artisan talent they have to serve a pretty clueless public and media
