I want to know what is going on in that bloke's head.
Too much shit happening in that photo. The socks kill it. These days to wear the full rig (and this is even more than full rig) is to sport costume. Trou OK. But I’d go white shirt and blazer and let the trou doing the talking. Or cut the trou and go solid and do the pink shirt and rep tie but the whole thing together is just costume and silly. It’s overdone. A pastiche of a look.

and the guy is at a spa and facial center ... but he's almost there, he just needs to rethink his pants, socks, shoelaces, bowtie, glasses, shirt and pocket square .....
His belt and haircut are pretty awful too.
Clown costume, including the sad clown face

Haha.
The whole thing is very ragamuffin.
Now that it's mentioned, Roycru does always look as though he could be carrying a small bindle over his shoulder.

Aye, it's bad thing when you're going to your family doctor with something that could be quite bad or not, but instead, you're fixated on what watch the doctor is wearing and what he or she will think about you with your Tissot/Seiko.
Of course, the obvious answer is not to sport a watch, and elevate yourself to higher plain where you're not a slave to time.
I actually didn't wear a watch for several years on purpose and when I did return to them, it was the Peter Gabriel designed Swatch watch.
There's an interesting psychological thing going on with regards to those expensive mechanical watches.
I've been pondering it for some time...
^
I purposely set my watches to the incorrect time. I just love irony.
Hipster.
Soon I shall preview my waxed mustache with tie bars hanging on the ends.
I can wait. In an ironic way obviously.
I'm almost always wearing a Timex out on the street, but I don't have a clock at home. I'll have to ask my doctor what he thinks about all that. Likely he will just tell me to make sure my bill is paid on time, for which a calendar is more important.
And for whatever reason, probably because I am a generation just old enough, I almost never think to look at my cellphone for the time, but consult the watch resting in its assigned spot when needed.

I just occasionally check my cell phone time to see how my old mechanical watches are keeping time.
Is that a tipped vest? What is going on around the collar? God help me idf there's a scarf under there.
Anyway, there is absolutely no reason to ever have four different dotted items sharing the same square foot of space.
