I once shook hands with my father inside a goose.

It was Christmas and we had a goose from a nearby farm which we had to 'draw' ourselves (I think that's the term). The plucking was the worst part, but it gave us something to do...
Once we had all the insides out & were just checking that all was clean within, my father from the rear and me from the gullet, our fingers accidentally met inside the eviscerated bird. My father promptly shook me by the hand and wished me a very Happy Christmas.

That's one of my anecdotes, that is.
