A thread dedicated to talking Jimmy Frost Melon.
Please use it.
I think it would be helpful to clarify the various names used in posting by that person to avoid inadvertantly continuing pointless discussions.
You can never tell who the morons are that are posting but Rikki Ricardo and gentlemen Jones seem to be the two at the moment.
Quite flattered in a way.
You are still being trolled. My only name on here is 'Smoking Cat' which I'm using just to keep in touch. 'Russell Street' is also the valid account of a friend. The rest (like Taylor) are stood down. The 'JFM' account was me sometimes, and often not. Mine has always been a team effort.
Ricky & Jones are trolls from a Chensvold direction. You'll have to deal with them in your own way since I stood down as Mod.

Check all this with FNB.
Then you can stop the guessing games and focus.

A simple case of the fantasy of absolute internet power corrupts absolutely:

Well, that guy is a singular man.
Some month ago on Talk Ivy was a debate about the history of Ivy league style.
He banned me for some hours and send me this strange message:
“As you’ll know We contol and manipulate all the specific market sectors of the Internet when it comes to the ‘Ivy’ debate – Trad, Prep, Ivy Style, Talk Ivy, Modculture, Curriculum…. The spin off blogs then mainly fed off those various point of views.
Are you sure that you are currently on the right forum? I can find you a nicer home elsewhere with no problems…
You have great input, but you’ve been called a ‘hoho’ five times today on Talk Ivy – You won’t get called that on any other of our projects.
It’s just an option for you.
Me, I like you. If you’re ‘Off Message’ on Talk Ivy you could be ‘On Message’ elsewhere very easily. I can use you, no problem.
I have versy specific intentions for all the market sectors I have created and I want you where you belong to do the most good.
I don’t need you doing your ‘University’ schtick on my Talk Ivy just like I didn’t need Cardinal doing his ‘Trad’ sctick here – I sent him back to my ‘Trad’ forum and I’d suggest you might be better off on my ‘Ivy Style’.
Whatever, I always win.
- Please post this blatent threat to you on the forum to make it clear to anybody left in the world who doesn’t know that my crew are serious and have a plan. I honestly think you belong on my Ivy Style. I can use your input there.
Your posts are clever, but I don’t want them here. I want them where they’ll have an impact I can use. Mine is a global POV, Talk Ivy is just my club house for my personal friends. If you care about Ivy then be a good foot soldier and go and do some goos for the cause elsewhre. Stay on T.I. with your ‘University’ stuff and you arer never going to shine. It’s just the wrong message for the wrong market.
Do please copy this on to the forum – I’m very sick of hohos who don’t have any grasp of what I’m doing.
Best –
Jim”.
An absolute melon!
Indeed, we have been thinking this place is the all inclusive Devil Island of pirates that no other group-think clothes forum would tolerate for their free thought.....meanwhile Jim and his entourage of sycophants (or Jim pretending to be his army of sycophants) posting in his name have been arbitary handing out red cards in an attempt to manipulate the demographic of this forum and several others.
We can assume them, that this all part of a PhD or some other academic dissertation in marketing.
In short, we have well and truly been screwed up the ass.
Very very strange isn't it? If its on the level. I fear it might be. I was asked if I wanted to do a feature on Smoking Cat Vintage on my small blog via PM by Jim, and also by email by someone calling himself Taylor McIntyre, twice. So even now I'm not sure if Taylor McIntyre is a real person, or an alter-ego? In hindsight Jim seems a bit bonkers after the last few days, and a bit nasty and snide with it as well. Not nice.
What about the cancer then? As someone has stated on Iyy Style, they lost the belief in this after the 10th round of chemo. Of course, there are people I know, well at least one, who has had three bouts of cancer and is still alive, not working mind you, but that's 20 years since the first diagnosis. And I know other who within 18 months are dead.
So if Jim has fabricated his cancer, then that is truly obnoxious. But I think not, surely?
But that makes it even weirder Sammy because he (Jim) told me he'd lent Taylor 5 grand to set the business up, which he'd ( Taylor) paid him (Jim) back already. Odd as you like isn't it?
Even odder than the Finnish blog saga!
Taylor uses the same IP as all of Jims current accounts. All accounts have a separate email.
No doubt in my mind, Taylor is Jim. Unless Taylor nips round his Dads office to do his Talk Ivying.
This is getting extremely guru exposing....this was never about Ivy style, this was just the subject that Jim decided to hook his ego pretensions on.
Did he really work at John Simons in the 80s as a Saturday lad in his mid-20s. It is a good question to ask Paul and his dad. Methinks, perhaps, no one will remember Jimbo?
But why say all that? Whats the point? Why even mail me as an alter ego? Completely untrustworthy and deluded behavior.
Exactly, he's been pulling all our tossers and been manipulating the dialogue for his own egotistical nefarious ends, and I am afraid it took me too long to realise it!
