I have been mistaken for an American in Cadogan Square until I opened my mouth...

Was it the accent or the teeth that blew it ?

Re: Alright you yanks....

My teeth were pretty darn perfect until I did a complete face first crash landing off a bike doing about 40 miles per hour.  Not to mention, a backpack with about 20 lbs of books helped my head along right into the asphalt.  I stood up and started spitting out teeth.  Emergency dental surgery followed.  Now my 2 of my upper front teeth are false.  With all the coffee I drink they've started turning a nice hue of brown.  I've been meaning to get them fixed for oh... the last 10 years.  I've got plenty of permanent scars on my chest and left shoulder from that one too.  I guess I'm lucky my mouth took the brunt of the impact.  I've got some scars on my face, but they seemed to fade quite well.  Soon, they'll be covered in wrinkles anyway.
