Peter O'Toole - I would have gone with Peter York - but I see that the guidance is not to do so.
Now, Mr. O'Toole will forever be jolly stylish - Good call.
I rather think that the Irish dress best (Although the Scots also certainly have their moments). All this 'English' hype needs a really good looking at.
In general, if it's 'English' and good it usually isn't 'English'.
