^^^ I do know the Dutch Goose.  In high school, there was an AM-PM mini mart diagonally across the Alameda from it.  I don't know if it still exists, but that is where we would meet on weekend evenings to find out where the various parties were.  The Goose is great, but they wouldn't let us in at night.  People used to argue about whether the burgers there or at the Oasis were better, but I agree with you.

We'll still go there for lunch on weekends, if we are in the area.  That is something I miss living in SF.  There are no local burger joints like that.  I really think that you live in the best place on earth that is not in a city, and perhaps the best place in the US, period.  I cannot imagine a better suburb than Woodside/Atherton/Menlo Park, especially during the summer when the weather is so damn perfect.
