Without The Beatles, music wouldn't be what it is today. Great music groups owes them heaps. They had alot of influence on the mighty Black Sabbath and many many metal and rock bands that was yet to come.

l'm surpised no-one has mantioned Nirvana. Greatest rock band of all time. No rock bands come close to Nirvana. They are complete legends!!!
l saw Nirvana live in 92. l was front row and only 3 feet from Kurt. The show was so good that it became a famous bootleg. What a band! Can't be faulted.
