Who produces these? Are they "in-house" like Hermes's silks are made or contracted to a speciality maker?

In my opinion they are a good bit better than Marinella and the price is lower.  The four wool ties in the recent wool tie thread are from Cappelli.  They are a bit softer in construction than Marinella in my experience, the lead time is minimal for bespoke, and the shape of the ties is nicer.  I don't know how to explain the last point other than to say it.
