Yeah, I don't think I've ever seen t-shirts like these from Press before. The navy&white fitted like a modern S or XS, the blue and green like an S or trim Medium. Both were minty too... ah, but such is life.
/\ I loved them, I used to get t-shirts like that, or rather, t-shirts like that were bought for me, at Sears ... surfy summer staples ... to get them into '69 clodhopper mode pair with Sears green jeans
I'd buy them from Press all day long if they cost $30

Wow, lovely looking Tees there Woolster - like you say, didn't even know they were in the J Press catalogue - whoever scored those got a doozy.
Great shots, Standoff. And I'm also intrigued by the Press "surfer" tees. I guess I'll see you guys out on the hunt.
I started watching the sixth series of Mad Men last night, some good Hawaiian surf shirt action at the beginning. Still don't think much of Draper's new wife. Not a good casting.
HAHA!
A beautiful ad.
This seems like the place to drop this, as I don't want to start a whole white jean/wheat jean thread or anything. I've been looking for some new white or tan jeans. I found some Levis 501 CTs. When I've worn jeans, I've always worn 501s. These are based on the 501 cut but tapered from the knee down to the ankle, giving the overall look sort of, to my eye, a slim 1960s profile. (I hear tell that slim jeans are also popular with the kids today.)
Great fit. The color, called White Light, after that album by the VU, I imagine, is very, very white. But I can live with that.
