Cap', as a man of numbers- how can you agree with the phrase 'Bigger in size, Better in value'? I mean surely they'd be better value if the weren't wasting so much cloth?
I don't how to tell you this Mon Capitaine, so I'll just come out with it.
Both my pairs of 501s are in the hands of the alterations lady being hemmed to length, which mean no turnip guv'nor... sorry. If you feel there's no future for us I'll understand.

Most Levis stores offer alterations now in bigger cities, and they have a chain stitcher in most I believe.

Alas, I live out in thee provinces - To be honest, I can live with them as they are - particularly as in their current state, they're only being worn around the homestead to avoid Shakin' Stevens quips from the less hep locals .....

Stop that!
/\ I think that may have been a seldom-seen crewcut toupee Tommy but the important thing is that from here on out I will always think of the lunkhead as "Old Tezza Bradshaw" and laugh.
I saw the Dolphins intercept Old Tezza many times and it was schweet.
Denim doctor ruined a pair of 505 levis I sent him ...
Charged £60 for the privilege too.. He talks a good game mind you.
That Son of a Stag place off Brick Lane is in to all that chain stitching malarkey isn't it..but just don't care for anything that part of town so never bothered...
There's actually a fella strolls around my area on the work front (Fitzrovia) who puts my turnips to shame..... they be whoppers he he.... I feel quite pathetic & inadequate in his company...
A good job he's a shortarse....I can look past him..... and not down
Actually, he's a Supersoler....I'll give him a hug next time I see him....
It's Nice to be Nice innit...
P.S. I also take back my previous gambit...THEE CAPTAIN DOESN'T DO PATHETIC & INADEQUATE....You savvy?!?
