JP said the first pair would be $3058. Turn around 8-9 months. I didn't ask (should have really) but I suppose any future orders in the same shape will be slightly less because the last is already made? Really excited about starting the process. He seems like a really nice guy. He did offer me two pairs on the same last for $5500 but I thought just get the one as I won't really feel any pain if I just use the work bonus. In one hand, out the other. Which is why I'm waiting til September to get started.
