Picked up the slabs of wax I ordered, two Tame Impala Lps. I really enjoy this group, but I have to say that I think a lot of bands these days don't put much creativity into their album packaging. Still, they're nice pressings.
I saw a whole bunch of new reissued LPs I'd love to have grabbed. I need to stop blowing my allowance at O'Connell's. Several Feelies LPs, Sugar's Copper Blue on LP, many others.

Did they do the theme tune to Black Books?
Black Books, now there's a blast from the past! Quite a good series that.
You can't go wrong with a bit of Chicha, seems to fill the gap left empty when I had exhausted my appreciation of Motown, Stax and Ska.
I pressed my old (purchased new 1985) Yamaha A1020 int amp back into service after a bit of refurbishing. The CR620 is relegated again to the closet. I'm ready for the way out with some wattage now.
This is nice and immersive, turn up very loud...
