I dont want to make excuses for shit production..but if feel like that wooly production on the earlier P-funk stuff was kind of part of the aesthetic and by the time you get to the later stuff it improves a lot..and even the songs and compositions seem a bit more together.
Is that in connection to Charles Moore or Boris Johnson?
More importantly, as someone who's into colour, what do you make of the clash I found so horrendous? Am I oversensitive?
Illustrious bunch
A couple of them have not actually been MEPs for the last couple of years.
moderngov.kingston.gov.uk doesn't seem to updated all that often
^ maybe the website did not notice.
Are they still drawing a handsome salary?
Wow. It is all happening today.
Boris pulls out of leadership race.
Fear of failure or a poisoned chalice?
Hope useless scheming May does not win.
As Joy Division might say 'Gove Will Tear Us Apart (Again)'
I think he realised as the class clown, his destiny is never to be the leader. He can laugh, joke, poke fun at himself when you're taking the piss out of him, but in the end, he's destined to always be the bridesmaid.
The leader should be an outer though, definitely not May, or that chap from the valleys, the rugger player, uh er, no thanks. Seriously lacking in charisma and too many flipping of properties and shady business fronts to be a realistic candidate.
Well well well. The fudging begins...
There's a chance that this will be a Brexit in all but name.
The bookies fav is May. How can someone who voted stay, lead the negotiations to leave?
The FTSE took a bit of a hit when he announced it, although it has recovered somewhat, but the hit was noticeable. Guessing the markets are banking on Mrs May, as Gove is an anti-common market type.
So we've got Gove the "not part of the common market" and May "Europe is our future"
This will be very interesting.
The markets are recovering quite nicely, far from armagideon time, unless you're in the Labour party.
Not all businesses are listed, indeed, it is sometimes a big asset not to be beholden to share holders who often are just pumping up the companies to sell on and make a killing. The Left has often stated we shouldn't be so enraptured to the markets, but now those very Leftist are pointing to the market as an indicator of why we've made a terrible mistake.
I've worked for a top FTSE 100 company in the past, they do have an international presence, but they're still primarily in the UK. If your focus is outside of the UK, why domicile yourself there, when you come to places like The Netherlands where you can headquarter yourself with ease and pay much less corporation tax with a plaque on the wall and friendly director or two?
^ you don't get the maths do you.
11.4% drop in value means it needs to rise by 12.8% to return to it's original value
as the % move is calculated from the drop of a high value and conversly a rise is calculated from the lower value.
I'm not pushing any political agenda, just pointing out some mathematical comparisons.
Yes, all very well, but exactly how is that effecting you in your pocket now?
Well the pounds crash is currently costing me an extra £90/day on per diem payments to my crew alone.
Can't yet say how much it will affect the whole job but somewhere in the region of £4K on 16 dates.

7.43% loss on Friday, followed by a 4.8% loss on Monday/Tuesday, so from the Friday high point a combined 11.41 % drop.
