For those who want the Sun Surf look, but at a third of the price https://www.avantishirts.com/ do some very similar patterns. Mostly loop collared, though single pocketed. They market them self as a Hawaiian Brand, but they get their shirts made in china.
On the topic of alohas and camp collars, I have my eye on a couple of new, 100% cotton Reyn Spooners. Does anyone here have experience with the new stuff? Does the cut of the Classic Fit compare favorably with vintage?
^ they do come up a bit small , it's Japanese sizing.
I'm a 42" chest and vary between a L or XL depending on the shirt cut.
If you can try before you buy it'll give you an idea of how their sizing works.
A couple of Lands End for £28 a piece

In my case, it was always one size up (on average). Montbell L in Japan, M in US. Etc.
/\ Japanese stuff doesn't fit me right but I wish it did, even XL doesn't generally do it, and sometimes L is as high as the sizes go .....

Isn't crazy how these brands are doing HP now? Post war clothes with post war payment plans, unfortunately not post war prices though
