He's got his arm bent obvs, they're probably Anderson & Sheppard jackets which as most of you know are cut full through the chest and do look oversized with a large V up to the shoulders, probably not aided by the fact Harry looks about 12, but seems a bit odd to fixate on it.
I also wouldn't be surprised if they bought their suits large in their late teens and grew into them. It's what I would do if I was Charles.
Unless your going to a fancy dress party as Alex DeLarge bowler hats are best left alone.
Might be ok for some sort of horse rider love fest or Morris dancing convention but in the real world if you wear one theres a pretty good chance you'll get the rise took, no matter how big your horse is or how many bells on your trouser hems you have.
