Our American cousins might like to give this one a try.  A waxed jacket, very much like a Barbour, but I suppose, as Woof said about Grenfell, slightly under the radar.  I almost snapped one up in a charity shop for £12, but the fit wasn't quite right.  Allegedly 'Made In England'.  Possibly Horace has come across the name already.
