They've had a mention here and there but I should like to tip you off about their great shop in Nottingham, virtually opposite 'Wild' in Broad Street. It's run by a very lovely young woman called Frances ('Frankie') and is reasonably expensive. I looked some chinos over. Not really for me (in fact, nothing much in Nottingham last week was, bar an Irish-made lambswool scarf), but they have a glitzy website.
Even though local, I have not been in. Jsckets look like Vetra, La Paz etc at similar prices dependent on the fabric.
Does well with proximity to Rough Trade.
It does, most certainly. My daughter popped in to buy a record the other week.
Not sure who would be buying from UW. It seems a little highly priced for the average student, especially when they can go to Shaun for stuff at less than half the price.
Hipsters.
Might be wearing big shoes, a pocket watch, carrying a chisel, dedicated to music on vinyl and have a big beard.
