In fact, you're better than all right - especially when it comes to socks.
But I'm now searching for the kind of slipover Woody is seen wearing toward the end of 'Annie Hall'. It must be made of natural fibres (quite likely lambswool) and preferably made in Scotland (perhaps Ireland?). Hong Kong or England would do at a pinch. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful. Pringle and Brooks seem to be the closest I can get so far.
I'm determined to go the geek route this summer.
You’re alright Argyle - bloody right they are, in the play offs with a good of chance going up to the Championship …. Green Army!!
I remember watching Plymouth Argyle lose a play off at Wembley against AFC Wimbledon. Wimbledon had that player - Akinfenwa - that was built like a brick outhouse.
When we arrived at Wembley Central station after the match there was an embittered Argyle fan hurling abuse at people from his hotel room above the station entrance. This crowd then continued to wind him up as they made their way through.
Saw another team in green win a play off at Wembley to reach the Championship - Yeovil Town.
They are now outside the Football Leafue and their beaten opponents are in the Premier League. Funny old game....
Kingston1an - I was also at that game in 2013, as you say funny old game,
Yeovil Town did better when they played at the Huish, where the home advantage from the sloping pitch always got them a few extra points each season.
There is also Exeter City FC in the county of Devon, of course. I am not sure which is closer to the Invertere factory.
