Ah-uncle Jack a subject close to my heart.

another north yorkshire brewery which delivers a superlative ale is black sheep brewerys www.blacksheepbrewery.com in Masham

as for spirits - one of my very favourites comes from France- a drink I learnt to appreciate at university- which leaves a deliciously sticky stain on any article of clothing -spillage may occour on. www.benedictine.fr  - a trusty sidekick to have by your side whilst practicing the art of seduction.

Pardon my silliness, but as we're all married, what is with the seduction angle? Memories? Wishful thinking? Adultery?

Makes a lighter stain than the Northern breweries produce yet still pleases.

A good mid-grey West of England flannel looks very well stained with this when seen in natural light.

Less a full-bloodied stain, more a whisper of spillage.

Enjoy!
