Olive corduroy sport jacket

I'm in the market for one in due course but whose...RL generally do a decent one that fits me well, Drakes too expensive, no JS one at present. Cordings doing a 2 button darted one, as are Walker Slater and Barbour back doing tailored jackets, but there may be more appropriate ones.

Vintage RL may appear and work for me, but what's the thinking here? Softer, slouchier and er...Ivy-er the better..

Re: Olive corduroy sport jacket

I strongly encouraged Paul at John simons to make more cord ivy sack jackets in cord this autumn....so I'm holding out for that. Missed out on a vintage j press olive cord jacket before but went for crazy money once shipping and tax factored in

Yes USA imports are often too pricey now, especially sight unseen.

Re: Olive corduroy sport jacket

My olive cord was purchased last year from JS
It’s Vetra and in baby cord.
Lovely shoulder line, great shade of olive and from memory vented.
I am so pleased with it I wish I had bought the navy colour too.

Re: Olive corduroy sport jacket

I'm staying on the hunt. As Mrs Unseen says, good winter clothing tends to turn up second hand in summer.
