I expect that he sells most of his "good" photos to the magazines, etc.
That was always the plan, at least once his blog started to garner attention.

I still laugh at the video, showing him on the street taking photos.

Ah, he was director at Bergdorf.  He seemed oddly connected for an ordinary guy with a camera.  I liked the blog better in the earlier days, before he was invited to every major show.  Ordinary people in NY dressing well are much more interesting than anorexic heiresses in Milan.

Yeah, I agree -- I did like those photos he posted of "ordinary people" that was the strength of the thing, I think.  I only viewed the blog when he was posting it on BBR or SF or wherever he was doing so.  Don't recall.
