Harry Helman, English Tailor of the Year

Came across the name of English tailor Harry Helman who, many years ago, was one of the most prominent names in tailoring, making clothes for members of the Royal Family, the Rothschilds, and other prominent clients.  This item highlights some of his achievements...

Harry Hellman, of blessed memory, I presume, is noted to have won the Wain Shiell Lightweight Trophy. Who won the Heavyweight title?
