Just found this. I think this has been mentioned on here before, anyway, this is a DB worn by one of the staff members at A&S. Uppercase says it's an A&S cut, however, The Doctor who's an ex-A&S chap, chips in and says it isn't, well, anyway I think this is a very nice DB suit no matter who made it.

^^^ Most of his stuff that I have seen has shirt sleeve shoulders, but not all. It can be hard to tell from pictures, though.
Yes, with my jackets you see more clearly that the sleeve is much larger than the armhole. I assume that the latter is pretty consistent as that seems like something that should not change much. If I were to guess, my armholes are higher than his, and lower than yours, but I only guess that from having worn his coats. Most likely, they are all similar.
The lengths do appear to be different, as do the lapels. His lapels are much lower, but that may be due to the coats being older. Nevertheless, they look very good on him. As you say, many variations on the same theme. All of them, however, are typical of his shop, and not necessarily of Naples in general.
