Re: Dressing Well In Your Golden Years

I'm one of those 65 +....... who still likes to dress well......I don't have need for a large wardrobe but
I have a zegna suit, brioni suit, two pair of mephistos plus  bally, AE, magli,

It drives me nuts whether I see young or old ........seniors in warm up pants, warm up suit, faded jeans with a t-shirt and of course those god awful cheap white tennis shoes.....

I live in the Pittsburgh area ..not exactly known for its sartorial splendor ......I used to call it the Pittsburgh outfit but it's really in many urban areas...

faded jeans, white tennis shoes, t-shirt and a baseball cap...usually turned backwards.......you can find that 'uniform' in church, restaurants, theaters and movie theaters........

women here dress about the same.......especially over 50 .....seems like anything goes.....just throw something on and go to he store.....

Re: Dressing Well In Your Golden Years

Fashion changes according to time with the generation .So old generation  probably didn't like the trends of new generation. In fact  I like the dressing sense of golden period. They have a unique  personality.  I like their personality very much.
