Along those lines, Norman Fell, of the original Ocean's Eleven stars in the Disney caper from 1970 or thereabouts called The Boatniks . He wears a nifty titfer , yellow BDs with a 3/2 suit and some groovy West Coast resort wear. Also starring Phil Silvers and a beguiling Stephanie Powers, the film is a pleasant way to pass the time. Not high art obviously, but worth a look all the same.
