I took part in a one day "image consultant" thing that all leaders at my Company were required to take as part of ongoing training (media coaching, that sort of thing), and I remember them making the point that we should all remember to wear white shirts on Monday since they signified freshness, energy, and new beginnings, and would help set the tone.
I sat there in my purple butcher stripe shirt, happily chuckling away to myself as they proceeded to talk about matching pocket squares and ties..
Wait, i thought the Gekko look WAS coming back?

Phew, I almost threw out all my bold shirts!
Is that so?I agrr wearing white shirts feels comfortable and neat..
I think few will be deceived by the new white shirt fad.
^ I agree and from the photo I didn't realize England had their own version of "Queer Eye".
These journalists are all sensationalists. Throw the baby out with the bath water, theres a crises, run out and buy new shirts!
I think they just know there's a lot of people they can frighten, the same people who live in fear they will be persecuted for wearing a colorful shirt.
