it's the `shoo i-gents' (shoo-gents) that really annoy me. They say that 360 degree welting is bad, they say that the only good shoes are elegant ones..to wear clunky shoes is unthinkable   , and they go on about stitched aloft soles like it is so bad.  They are all `shoe-snobs'.

I do sometimes wish that I had not exposed you lot to my guiltiest of pleasures in viewing ol WASP101.  It is such choice nunsense,, it must be a put on.   In ol Richard's first year of bloggery,, he has had a waitress slip him a love note while his wife was in the loo,, he has now been kissed by a bar wench while he was on the way back from the loo,, he has had to threaten to put the ol slap down on a fellow diner who dissed his ascot,, and he has had to beat back to advances of a rotund neighbour.  All the while sharing tales of former conquests.

And to those who question the lad's Wasp cred,, tchauncey would point out that he even owns ol Gainsborough's Blue Boy (second pic)  That must be worth igentry points, eh?
